My choice would be a Ruger Model 1S Med Sporter 45-70. I haven't seen a new one in 3-4 years, so I hope the finish is still outstanding.

I don't really have a list. I buy things that just get my attention. These are the last two:
Remington 700 .35 Whelen

Tikka T-3 Lite .338 Win Mag

Same here, I have wanted one for quite some time, but other guns seem to get purchased first.

If somebody dumps a bucket of money on me it will me a Sabatti Double in .450 Nitro. But I need an AR or two. Life is so complex.

Just bought two Enfield #4s, seven weeks apart, at the Ft. Worth and Franklin, TN shows.

Having read about and handled the Spanish FR8 .308 "Mauser", that would be fun, but would require another caliber to reload, just to be economical.

A FTF trade (plus cash) for my original Mini 30, not far from Memphis would be considered. It is also for sale, in person only ($550 firm).

Nope. Go get one, they're inexpensive.

Attend an FNRA dinner. They always have one.
