A Stevens model 59a bolt action 6 shot .410---age 13---still have it today but I refurbished & retired it years ago--also bouight the same in a model 39a--loved them so much I wanted a pair--many Oklahoma cottontails went into the skillet with the 59a. Cheap gun but very durable & accurate. Sure filled my teenage years with memories.

.357 Colt Python. I got it right after an older teen put a gun to my head and as he was pulling the trigger said, "I'm going to blow your f'ing brains out" when I was 14 years old. I mowed lawns for $0.50 per hour to pay for it. My dad had to sign it out of the gun shop once I paid it off. That was over 40 years ago and I still have it, it is still loaded. I decided when the gun when off when I knocked his arm away that I would never be a victim again. My carry gun is now a Glock model 22 with two extra mags. Never needed the Python, never needed to draw or use any weapon since either for that matter. I hope I never do.

I had a Buck Jones BB gun. My first real firearm was a Winchester bolt action .22 at age 10. Last I heard of it one of my cousins was still shooting it 60 years later...

My first gun at 11 years old was a Springfield 1903 and I still have it. My second gun at age 12 was a water-cooled Maxim heavy MG with tripod (wish I still had it), and my first gun from my parents at age 14 was a brand new Winchester model 62A pump, which I carried in a saddle scabbard on my horse. The horse is long gone, but I still have the rifle, saddle, and saddle scabbard. All three are like new almost 60 years later!

@TooStrongTerry
Does a BB Gun count? LOL.
Other than my Daisy BB Gun, my first real gun I owned was a Marlin 22 rifle as a teenager. My first concealed carry gun as an adult was a Taurus 605. Don't have either one now. Have gone through several. My present carry gun is a Ruger LCR .357 and I love it. I have some guns for Cowboy Action Shooting as well.

Default First firearm

Mine was a Winchester model 97 (12 Gauge). I was about 15 when I got it from my father who had lost interest in hunting. While I was away at college someone broke into my parents house and stole it. I still keep an eye open for another one but have never found one as perfect as this one........

I was 16 when I got my first gun in 1971...a 12 guage Sears pump action shotgun given to me from my parents for Christmas. I used it for duck hunting, but now only have it at the ready for home defense. The plug is removed so it holds 5+1.

A Marlin .22LR brought by Santa on Dec. 25, 19..I don't know if Santa's attorneys permit this anymore. Each year I put out the cookies & milk and my list...each year he fails to duplicate the magic of that Marlin Christmas.
