I have a Vanguard S2 in .308 and love it. It is very accurate (9/16" groups with Remington CoreLokt 180gr), functions reliably and the fit/finish is great. It has a smooth two-stage trigger, which breaks at ~ 2.75 lbs. One downside is that it is relatively heavy and has a barrel that is longer than needed (24").
