ive been contemplating lately trading in my remington 721 30-06 for a TC encore pro hunter .308. the truth is im not very good with a bolt and i have a tendency sometimes to just let lead fly occasionally.
after much thought ive decided that what i need is one accurate single shot and ive always liked encores and the idea of multiple calibers on one platform is appealing.
any thoughts would be appreciated.

that solution makes way too much sense for it to be valid . im looking for an outside source to tell me to go out and buy a new gun so that i can explain it to my fiancee that its a good idea.

she understands my compulsion to get a new gun/truck/snowmobile occasionally its just that i have student loans to start paying off soon, plus im in the process already of rebuilding my f250 which is already overbudget, and am supposed to be saving for a wedding... but that compulsion is just too great for me to say no.

Well, the bad news is your 3/4 ton pickup is always

going to be:

1) dependable

2) over-budget. I mean even if you're a

millionaire.

I think you're expecting a little much, wanting us to

make your decisions for you, based on

incomplete information...
