I am thinking of getting a Tikka T3 Lite for about $550, does anyone know if this is a good gun for the price and how well it shoots?

While I don't know how much these rifles sell for exactly,I can verify that they are excellent shooting/quality rifles within their price range.

That sounds like a really good price. These guns are extremely accurate and at least for me, fit very comfortable at the shoulder.

Very common this side of the Atlantic and for good reason - they are a reliable and accurate rifle. Barrel and stock finish are where the costs have been cut when compared to the likes of the 595 - not anything that can result in a loss in accuracy!
