I've stopped looking at T53s, they are all so beat up.

If you got on with a good barrel, you've done as well

as can be expected, IMO. The Chinese used these

rifles for many years, by which I mean "rode 'em hard,

and put 'em away wet"...

Like I said the bore looks clean, a little dark but clean, the riffling is sharp, and the muzzle is in unmolested but good condition.

I have a couple other Russians, but never looked into the 53's so not familiar with them when it comes to value and such
