Will do. Got to clean all the gunk out of the barrel. I am running out of patches.
Is there a website that is good to research this rifle. I have been looking and found info, some of which is contradictory. There are stamps and nummbers all over, even on the bolt handle. It's like a storybook.

I've joined the club as well, got my first Mosin last week and it looks to be in great shape! Still at the ffl though, my waiting period was even worse than yours, can't get it until Thursday. Your Enfield looks great by the way.

Ya need to get a curio and relic FFL license.

Easy to get, and the gun is delivered to your door.

That's funny. My wide feels the same way. When I start talking guns she starts in with how broke we are LoL

Very nice! I like them. Now I have ordered a "pig sticker", clips, and a pamphlet on break down. What in the hell do I need a bayonet for???????????? Next thing is a straw dummy hanging in the back yard for pig sticker sticking practice. Well, Christmas is coming!
What kind of accuracy should I be looking for, say at 200 yds? And don't say it's up to the shooter. Not my first rodeo!
And thanks to all for the responses. What a ball !!!!

At worst, 6 inches. At best 4.

I don't remember the exact MilSpec, but I think it was something like 80 percent on a pie plate (9 inches?) at 300 yards.
(Maybe 303 Tom can weigh in.)
