I have found that if you can motivate enough support in one direction you are able overcome the odds and get any issue resolved. In this case, with enough shooters responding and contacting Beretta along with myself, I found that Beretta took note that firearm owners of America are not going to take being cheated any longer. They needed to live up to what their warranty covers. “We will replace or repair at our discretion the firearm sent to us that is under 1 year of purchase.” My weapon was only 4 months old.

I would like to thank all that responded to my post and contacted Beretta with their displeasure of them not honoring their warranty.

IT WORKED

I received a new CX4 rifle on Monday of this week.
