That's Radway Green, which is excellent ammunition. You should be very happy with its performance.
As far as the odor, leave the can open for a few days in the garage or well ventilate non-damp location. Take the ammo out and swab out the can. You can wipe the individual rounds down with a soft cloth slightly dampened with Rem Oil or G96 or even WD40.
Let the can air out, wipe the stuff off of the ammunition and you should be good to go.
“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.” ― Samuel Adams
