That's what I would have guessed. Of the 20 rifles we have found in the 5000-5999 serial number range, 18 have been in .30 Rem (and only two in .32 Rem).

Have recently located sources for parts. I have also obtained a couple of rifles. Will be here soon
I have given you serial numbers for these. I have prospects for a couple more.

Just bought a Stevens 425 High Power 30-30 Rem serial # 2271. In pretty good shape just a few wrong screws and a chip out of the butt stock

I bought ser #1021 at a gun show last spring (35 rem) is that still the lowest number?

I missed one at white river junction vt gun show (35 rem ) did not catch the serial number but i am tracking as we speak.....
