Single Shot Falling Block Action

I have a single shot rifle .22-250 that I would like rebarreled and some gunsmithing done as well.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Kashouty

Any suggestions for what? Should you do it? Should you change caliber? Suggest who should do the work? Suggest what barrel brand to buy?

Get rid of the barrel burning 22-250. What will you look to use your single shot for??

Talk to Mcgowen Precision about doing the rebarrel work as they do make high quality barrels.

A 6.5mm cartidge would make for a good choice if range and hunting is the choice. 6.5x55, 260, 6.5 creedmoor are all good ones you can start with factory amo and then reload and there easy on the bore. 223 or a 223AI for varments.
