That's what really lead me to mine. Knowing it was most likely used in the war at some point

I have a 1944 Fazakerly. She shoots great, has 3 stock repairs, and a Mark 2 flip-up sight. All original and well worn.

Here are the twins (they're not identical). If the No4 on top had a notch carved in it for every deer it's taken the stock would just be a pile of saw dust.

Also my lee Enfield has a 2-3 inch rifling erosion on the end of the barrel, how much will this affect my accuracy?

I have a no4mk1. It looks like it was professionaly sporterized by a big company. My gma bought it as a christmas present for my gpa in the early 60's. Has the mk1 sight. Accurate as all hell. Ill take and post a couple pics here in a few.
