Default Scopes?

Does anyone know of any great scopes that could get up to 1,000 yards?

What is your price range?
You can buy Leica, Zeiss, Swarovski or Steiner. Mid hundreds to the moon
Nikon, Pentax or Leupold.Low hundreds to the thousand mark
Busnell or Simmons. 50 to a couple of hundred.
Here is a good article on long range rifle shooting and scope considerations.

Personally for the 1K mark I would be looking in the high hundreds and up.
For less I would look at the Nikon range.
Unfortunantly I am going to have to buy in the Bushnell range for this season.

www.riflescopes.com has a large selection of the the well known scopes and some that are not as well known, but regarded very well. The prices run low to high.

The way I figure it is if it cost less than a Leupold there is no way it good enough for me, and if it cost more it`s to over prices. I just put a MK4 8.5 x 25 on a .22-6mm for coyote and think I`ll be able to consistantly take the at 800 yrds. if I don`t have to much wind and I can get them to stand still.
