I am just wondering how much this is worth. I have never seen any model 99's in this caliber. I hear these are very rare in this caliber.

I own two 99's, one in .300 Savage and one in .308; until I say your post I didn't know it was ever chambered in this caliber. Looking on the internet it seems it was manufactured for a couple of years, but was discontinued, as the caliber was a little too hot for the frame.

I would guess you could get at least $1200 -$1500 for it.
