I really want to see if i can push 800-1000 yards out of it soon but i have nowhere to go for that distance!

Good luck with that, do you even realize the optics needed for 1000 yrds ??? You plan on using factory ammo??? The axis is a good gun but 800-1000 yrds not gonna happen with a 40$ scope.
