I can't exactly call that much of a testing. HSM ammo is absolute crap. I understand that 338 ammo doesn't have a plethora of commercial offerings, but HSM should never be considered.

With a 1:9 twist, I have no idea why they tested heavy bullets. I'd have used 180-225gr, and likely cut those groups in half.

I'm not sure ....i tried it with these http://www.nosler.com/Reloading-Data/338-Lapua-Magnum-225-Grains.aspx and was still at .95-1.15 moa at 300yds

Moa at 300 yards is not bad at all.

I think 1:9 twist is way too fast for a magnum big bore. My 308 is 1:12. Puts 168 smk's into .400" groups at 100 yards.
