Default Same model = interchangable parts?

If you buy a Rem. 700, will its bolt and internal parts be interchangable with another 700 of the same caliber, even if it is not the exact same model? Example, could a 700 SPS use the bolt from a generic 700 hunting rifle? How about Savage rifles? Would they have interchangable parts, or are they different if not the exact same type rifle?

Some parts like the trigger and mag housing firing pin can. But bolts NO NO WAY IN HELL are the interchangable. Each rifle no matter what has a slightly different head space. Changing a bolt from a Rem 700 223 into a Rem 700 204 will get your face blown off.

what about in the same caliber? Can a bolt assembly from one 700 in .308 be used in another 700 of .308 caliber if the headspace is properly adjusted?

Cur33: Caliber makes no difference, the case head size is what matters. There is no way to tell other than checking with head space guages. A replacement bolt may work fine, or it may have too much or too little head space. The only way to tell is to guage it.
It is definitely not safe to just swap bolts between rifles. The 700 bolts will have the last four numbers of the rifles serial number etched onto it, if you should get them mixed up.
