50/50 chance. The thing is, you will never know. If you get a dog, was it because they are down to the bottom of the barrel - or was it because someone just pocketed the cash and then just grabbed the next one off the pile?

Sometimes you win..... sometimes you lose.....

I've never paid for hand picked and usually always get what Cane got as far as quality. Most (if not all) of the Mosin's that you are getting now have never been issued.

Nice looking specimens too.

I can feel your pain ........having lived and worked in Australia for some 20yrs.

Here in the great white north, the standard Russian models are going for $150 to $200. If you want one of the Finn refurbished models, that will cost you an extra $50 to $100.

You can never have enough Mosin Nagants..................I think mine are starting to reproduceon their own. At last count I had 8....or was that 9????

Yeah Bearman, I think they do self-replicate...it's all a cunning Soviet plot to colonise your gunsafe space lol

Mine did. Looked as good as the other photos listed here. Didn't do the hand-pick either. Looks pretty much brand new, untouched, unfired.

Had an R-Guns hang tag on it.
