I have an older Model 1894 Marlin in .44 Mag and would very much like to pick up an M77/44 but in stainless and with a laminated stock. That way it would match my .22LR. All of my Marlin lever rifles are older models without the new cross bolt safety feature which I really don't like on a lever gun. In my opinion it just doesn't belong there. Kinda like putting diapers on John Wayne.

Default Would you sell your Marlin 1894FG ?

Redneck, would you be willing to sell your Marlin 1894FG? I need a saddle rifle to go with my Ruger Blackhawk .41 Magnum.

I would get the Marlin.

Been looking for a 1894 in .41 myself. I have Marlin 336's in 30-30, .35 Rem, and 38-55, 1895 in 45/70 and 1894 in .357. I like 'em.

I just looked at a used(like new) Ruger 44 mag rifle. It was marked $500. It was a nice gun.
