Default Rossi R92

Recently got a Rossi R92 in .45 colt. It currently shoots about a foot to the right at 50 yards. I know that the front sight can be drifted, but that will not get the sight zeroed. Can the rear sight be drifted as well?

Any dovetail sight can be moved for windage adjustment. You could move the front sight to the right and rear sight to the left.
