Most of this you will find on the bullet manufactures web sites. I shoot nothing but Berger bullets.
I have 80gr 224 for my AR with a 1:8 twist. They will hold 1 MOA out to 500+ yards. I shoot 185gr in my F-class gun with a 1:12" twist. If you want to shoot a Sierra Matchking for my 308 F-class rifle I have to use a 175gr. because the gliding part of the bullet is longer than Bergers 185gr VLD.
