Default Rifle price

How much is the average price of a win mod 70 featherweight 30.06? It doesn't necessarily have to be featherweight or 30.06 but I'm trying to find a rough estimate on what I want.

That's a tough one. Too many variables.

Anywhere from maybe $400 for a newer one that is scarred and rough to as as much as $2500 or more for a pre-64 in excellent+ condition.

Good choice though. I have a ~25 year old .30-06 model 70 XTR Featherweight in .30-06 that I wouldn't part with.

Are there any savages that are as reliable as the won mod 70's? I want to buy a long lasting rifle but I don't want to spend an arm and a leg.

I've never had an action wear out. Barrels maybe but not an action. Stay with the name brands and you won't have any trouble if you care for them.
