This is my Remington 700 SPS Tactical AAC-SD .308 WIN when I first got it. Nikon Buckmaster 6-18x40 BDC scope, and a JP Enterprises muzzle brake.

This is the same rifle after some duracoat work and a few other upgrades.

This is my AR-15. PSA lower and PSA MOE lower parts kit. All the internals have been converted to full auto. The upper is a YHM 16.5" Lightweight Carbine upper.

From the Savage custom shop: Model 16 action with 24" magnum-weight barrel in .243 Winchester, in a laminated thumb-hole stock.

At ten pounds, it's a bit heavy for a sporter, and a bit light for a varmint rig. Like the .243 cartridge, it is somewhere in-between, neither fish nor fowl.

I use it to shoot bug-holes at the range, it's a fun gun - but it could be pressed into service as either a sporter or a varmint rig.

It is hazardous to post photos of guns on the net. Some overly zealous rat in your neighborhood can call the cops and they will break into your house without a warrant and demand to search your gun safe.

I believe we had a revolution in this country over illegal search and seizure by the Red Coats.
