Which rifle is the best for a .338 WM cartridge?

My friends budget is $2500 *just for rifle* but he has $1550 set apart for scope

So which rifle do you guys think would be the best for the 338WM cartridge

X-Bolt Medallion, Accurate Bolt Action Deer Elk Big Game Hunting Rifle that's Fast and Reliable., Browning Firearms Product

or the Savage:
116 FCSS or,
116 bear huter

That's what he is looking at as of now, bc those are the ones that best fit him. What other rifles do you recommend he tries, and what do you guys use for ur .338WM?

Thank you!:)

Do you know the exact specification? or is there no specification since its custom made? How long have you been using it?

Thank you!

But with all the bling in that custom did it do anymore for me than my other rifles well yes an no it gave me the desire to push my limits shoot more an become as some say part of the gun but that dosent mean u cant do that with a good factory rifle it boils down to trigger time
