Default Reproduction 1800's carbines

I like the old spencer carbine, but the only drawback is the price. Where can one buy a reproduction spencer carbine for less than $1500?

I can not answer your question but I'll chime in anyway. My brother has an original and bought the breech block for the new reproduction. It fit in with basically no fitting and we now shoot it often(had to buy the new dies and 50 cal brass). Great fun.

i looked around a bit for one a couple years ago & found a company called armi sport makes them & so does cimarron, but yeah they're around $1500 new.

there's a used armi sport spencer on GB right now, 'buy it now' is $1250
