I think you mean CERBERUS Capital Management now owns Dakota Arms....

Or should I say it's "Freedom Arms" division:

This could be bad news for the Neiske Bay fans out there. Remington owning the line might spell the end of the competition in that market for single shot, custom actions for the Big R.
