Thge Vortex Viper PST offers alot of bang for the $$$$. I just steered my brother into one of these for his starter long range .243 Win. rifle. The Vortex Viper PST is a good mid range level scope which tracks well and has extremly good elevation and windage turrets for the price.

Put a Vortex Diamondback on my AAC-SD. The glass is just as clear as scopes way more expensive and the warranty is supposed to be the best in the business.. I've been very happy so far.
