Remington 1903
 

I just bought a Remington 1903, s/n 3208xxx, with a scant c stock. Does anyone know if this fits the 1903A1 category?

I believe remingtons are 03A3's.

I'm sure it's a Remington 1903, produced just prior to the start of 03-A3. It has the scant c stock, but I don't know what else to look for to determine if it's a 1903A1. The barrel is stamped 7-42.
