Suggestion on good manufacture ammunition for the rifle. (1:9 twist rate)

You should be able to shoot anything up to a 75 grain bullet out of your rifle,it all depends on the bullet length. The Hornady 75 grain A-Max bullet doesn't shoot very well with my 1-9 twist barrel,but they are designed for a 1-8 or faster twist.
