I don't regret selling any of the guns that I have sold. Total is at 2 for the moment. The reason is that everytime I have sold a gun it has been for a gun that I wanted more. Those guns are still in the collection and I have only parted with guns that I have covered by other guns in those calibers. The two that I have let go of are:

Smith & Wesson 1000m 20 gauge
Winchester 1300 Slug Barrel shotgun

These were replaced with an RIA 1911 and Smith & Wesson M&P 15-.22.

I sometimes regret selling a Remington 30-06 ADL, and the only reason I regret selling it was because it was a tack driver.

The guns that hurt the most were the ones I could have bought but didn't. I just assumed I would find another Styer bull barell for a great price, or another FN bolt action with ivory inlays in a .308 rather than 30-06. I was wrong.

I've only ever sold 4 guns. Lost a couple to theft, couple more to a house fire.
Only two that I really regret was the Colt Combat Commander I traded in 1982 for a shotgun and some other stuff. Now the Colt would be worth 3 times as much, the shotgun the same as then.
The other was the Ruger New Model Super Blackhawk .44 mag, 7.5" barrel, that I pawned during a time of double unemployment in the household. Never was able to get it out of pawn, the second time.

You had a Taurus pt92af also! It was a great gun. I could not refuse the offer made. Bought a Wilson Commander w/ the proceeds.
