Redfield Scope

I have a Redfield 6X18 scope that has a damaged crosshair. On checking around to have it repaired I am thinking it is not worth the cost and am thinking of buying a Leopold to replace it. The rifle is a Ruger #1 in cal .22-250.

Any thoughts on this will be appreciated.

send scope to redfield and they may do it for nothing.always look to the manufactuer first.I had a Bushnell scope that had been dropped on the end and bent the bell they replaced scope for free.:) :)
