Boy do those targets and the rifle look familiar. I've had my 1500HB Howa .308 for 15 years. Still shoots 1 hole groups (5 round). You are going to love that rig!!! Congrats and welcome to the club. BTW, wait till you start shooting 400+ yards w/ her.

I have had this Howa for a little over a year, the only thing I have done is change scopes with this new one

You had a package gun? Mine came through for a police dept here in NH. It did not have the M&P stamp, so I bought it for cost. No scope originally. This is the second one it has worn. 4-12x42mmAO Sightron SII. Been on it for 2 years+.

Mine was an off the shelf, with no scope. I first bought a BSA 8-32x44 Standard MilDot for it but had some trouble with the scope going out of focus each time I shot it. So when I got a few $$'s saved I got the new Sight Mark 4-16x44 Tactical. And dam is that sight picture clear
