How much are they going for in good condition, win pre 64 3006 standard grade, old man I know is asking 800 Thanks Gary

I presume it is a model 70. In good condition $800 is fair, maybe a bit of a bargain. Common caliber so not very special in that right.

Thanks robocop, first one I have seen for sale in awhile as I don't make shows anymore, he has more stuff he wants to sale so maybe I'll have more questions, the one I wanted mod 43 218 bee he already sold of course, but I am going to look at what he has thanks again.

A pre-'64 Long action?? They are REALLY rare right now. $800 is a good price for the market.

What are your plans for the action? Because if you want it for a rifle build, have him pull any optics off the rifle and see if you can shave a few bucks off.

The Pre-'64 is THE Rifleman's action in my opinion. It's a great, great action for a build project...
