There ya go. "tacticool" for me, is more "practicool". Like

The M44 and SKS, which have their own built-in bayonets,

and field cleaning kits. Auw, arhgh, R-R-R-!

Default Gag!!!!!

I like the look a like military rifles in 22 cal (clones) without all the silly fixings other than reasonable scopes..I hope this doesn't put me in the silly "tacticool" category.

The Mossberg 30 30 looks silly and I bet the forestock hurts the hand when fired.....30 30 is a useless out dated caliber any way.....The original western style lever action was a fine looking rifle just for the nostalgic appearance.

The shot gun may have some practical need for the sight and rails for a flash light, but other wise....yuck!!!!!

LOL! That is too funny!

I had "fixed" one of my scopes cross hairs after they fell apart; but since I couldn't get the hairs straight or even centered I put them in an X so the bends in the hairs weren't distracting. But the adjustment knobs were still as intended.

...

Also, I like those shotguns, I want one for my next deer gun.

I think it looks neat but I kinda like strange ugly guns. It would be fun to squirrel hunt with the 22.

Do me a favor. Purchase a nice Surefire 100+ lumen light and while looking into the lens activate the light. Tell me what happens.

IMO, a light is the best thing you can have on a AR/12g. Why would you want to try and toggle your gun and light seperately? Let me shine my 350lumen light in your eyes at night, then see if you can aquire anything after that. There is a right way to utilize a light at night without giving the bad guy a good sight picture
