Clarification, "that marliln" is actually a Mossberg! I certainly hope Marlin wouldn't do anything like that to their lever rifles!

You are correct, why I said Marlin I don't know.

Must have been thinking about that Marlin 30-30 at Walmart that I want so bad.

I was getting the link when you posted ahead of me. There is an O/U version as well. Stoeger has a couple of nice single trigger coach guns with screw in chokes. Makes them very versatile. The double triggers really need an English stock which is also available.

He just couldn't understand why I didn't appreciate "cool factor."
My neighbor showed me his 10/22 a couple of years ago. it was just a run of the mill 10/22...still...argualbly the best semi-auto .22 on the planet. BUUUUUUT...he had added a Bushnell 4X scope to it (nothing wrong with that)....BUUUUUUT....he mounted the scope with the cross hairs in an X rather than the cross as they should be.

He can't get it sighted in properly...but leaves it that way because he thinks it looks...(in his words) "Badass".

Sooooo...."badass" over useful? Hmmmm. So, yeah, I know what you mean. My neighbor wonder why I won't take him shooting.

Why do so many people confuse bad and dumb? I'd rather hit my target.
