For those who don't want to click on it, I'll cut and paste, from CZ-USA's website,
I think I just trumped you. Yes, we have the 602 Brno available in the US. Yes, it will be rare in people's gun safes as there is only one importer, CZ-USA, and the price tags are quite high - I can't drop $1,200 on a rifle right now. But I am happy to say, sir, you are quite wrong about it not being available in the US at this time.
BTW, you're posting style with continuous use of "..." in your writing makes it look like you are simulating being out of breath or are perhaps unable to type the English language correctly. Is English a second or third language for you? That would explain the difficulty in reading some of your posts.
I do hope this was of some use to you, have a nice day.
ive got one but it doesnt shoot nearly as well as my winchester mod 70 in the exact same caliber. the brno 602 or 550 is waaaay heavy and slow to point. i would never take it on a hunt due to its weight and slow swing speed. the trigger is a set trigger with excellent express sights but even that cant compaire to the overall smooth reliability of my winchester 70.
the cz is nearly 2 pounds heavier with a stock thats way too fat. as a range gun its good. i bought it because it was like new for 500$ on a 1300$ gun. someday ill sell or trade it as it just isnt up to speed.
for a 1000$+ rifle the finish looks like something you would find on a NIB mosin nagant...
whats really funny is that at 100yds my mosin nagant 91/30 outshoots it heh.
ill go take some pics...
