Default Newbie questions

Hello,

I recently purchased a Savage 111 .270 rifle/scope package. I am looking to add some Millett angle-loc scope sites. When I called Millett to order they asked what style I wanted, either Weaver base or Turn in style. What is the difference? Anyone know what the Savage comes with from the factory?

I'm posting pics. of both. You can just compare the rings to the mounts on your rifle.
