Default New Toy...
Just ordered a new Savage 93r17 BTVS and Leupold VX-1 3-9x40. I'm interested to know what others think of this combo and if anyone has any experience with it.

IMHO you can't beat those Savage firearms. Those 17HMR's are pretty cool. I don't own one yet, but if I did it probably be a Savage.

I have a VX-1 In 3X9 and I love the optics. I have a similar priced Nikon and prefer the VX-1.
