Default New Mossin Nagant 91/30 for me :)

Here it is...

Picked it up at the local gun shop (Kremer's Guns) for $120 came with the accessories - has matching serials on the bolt and rifle. I've only shot a few rounds through it so far, so not sure of accuracy. My son was hitting his zombie targets pretty good tho

Oh ... got it last weekend

Congratulations. MN's are about the best deal out there for a good rifle that's pretty cheap to shoot. They can also be pretty darn accurate and when empty have a pig sticker that can reach Hoboken from Camden.

Yeah, a lot of plain old fun to shoot.

Ammo's cheap in bulk, too.

The reason I've been avoiding Enfields and Ariskas and such is the ammo

is a little outlandish, for recreational shooting.

I've got a M44, so my pig-sticker only reaches from Tampa to Orlando...

Thanks all - I hope to shoot it some more this weekend. Bought 440 rounds from the local store at the same time for about $110. They were sealed in a nice ammo can direct from Russia

Man that things packs a wallup by the way. I hadn't previously shot anything quite that large (other than a 12 guage when i was a boy) - biggest til now was .223 remington or .556 sometimes out of my AR (9mm and 40 S&W in pistol).

that is a sweet gun I got one at Keenes gun depot for $100 even came with everything plus a bayonet. Your stock looks like it's in way better shape then mine is, best gun I ever bought.
