Default New Lead Sled

Well a fellow had one of these at the range last weekend his was a little different but basically the same he let me use his it worked great so I got me one to take out there and leave in the lock up range house so other fellows can use it. Here are a few pics of it with various firearms.

Nice. How's it work with the different levels of recoil and what did you pay?

You got the GOOD one! Do be careful w. cylinder gap flash on revolvers!

Have one that I use when sighting in scopes on lightweight .308/ 30-06/ 8mm rifles- saves getting pounded at the bench. I usually just stack ammo on the shelf for weight.

Tames them pretty good of course my rifles .22, .223 and .44mag really don't kick much the 1894 .44mag does have a little punch but in the Sled it's pretty gentle. I'm going to the range tomorrow and meeting a friend who's bring his Ruger M77 African in Ruger 375 now it's suppose to have a hell of a kick so I'll see how the sled handles real re-coil. MidwayUSA had the best price this time at $199
