Default New Enfield

Just picked this baby up today at the local gun show. I had been looking at them online and decided to go ahead and get one. She has all matching numbers and a fairly decent bore with no rust at all. Will post more pictures later

I didn't know you could find a "new" Enfield. *rolleyes*

This is my kind of thread, I have a love affair with those Enfields that would make a Brit jealous.

Easily one of my favorite firearms. Thats a No.4 with the milled rear sight, can't be too late of a manufacture date, more details!!!

Canadian, nice. Mine is a Fazakerly (British made) 1949. Now you need a pig sticker bayonet.

Congrats

My camera sucks and the lighting could be better, but here she is.

It's a blast to shoot! I only put 20 rounds through her today but it was awesome! I'm hoping to get good enough to take it deer hunting this fall. The farthest shot is maybe 350-400 yards if I'm in a field blind and not the woods
