6x24 50. A little over kill but I had nothing better to do with it.

Jester,

Now that is one fine little rifle! I am sure it is a shooter. Like everything about it! I have a Marlin 917-V in 17 HMR and I have as much if not more fun with it than any rifle I have. I know yours has the AccuTrigger and it is also one fine trigger. I had to put a Rifle Basix in mine to be satisfied with the trigger pull. I have a Savage and they are known for that fine AccuTrigger.
You will have to send us some range reports and pics.

that's alright! my Savage M93 in 17HMR is wearing a 6-18x40 with a 3" sunshade!

It does have a lot of scope on it for a rimfire, but it`s a damn cool rifle....................
