What do you guys figure it's worth. I'm guessing it's made in 1940 due to the -J- in the number sequence. Remington and we know now that it is a 32 rim fire octagon barrel. Also, what do figure the 22 long Remington octagon barrel is worth. I have inherited these rifles from my grand father and need to insure them. Just bought a safe for my collection and I will be going through and trying to get a values on everything in there so I can insure them properly. Thanks for all of your help and direction during this process.

Your 32 is worth $225 to $275 and a 22 in same condition would be $300 to $350.
