Default Need Help Identifying a Rifle

Hello all,

My grandfather had passed away two years ago, and we still had large amount of his belongings in our basement. I began going through them again a couple weeks ago and discovered quite a stock pile of firearms. Most of them were standard; a .22, 12 gauge, and a revolver. There was one more rifle in the box, it is most definitely military issue somewhere in the WWI or WWII era if I'm guessing right.

All I've been able to discover on the internet is that it might be Italian in origin, but that's about as far as I've gotten. I've got a few pictures that I can post, which may help in figuring out what exactly I've stumbled upon.

Thanks in advance,
Jared
