Default Need Help

I have a 270 Model 721 inherited from my father that was purchased in early 50's. The rifle shoots very nice groups, but the trigger has a lot of travel even after being adjusted by a gunsmith, but with limited success regarding the travel. He politely told me the assembly was terrible.

Any suggestions on what might be a nice replacement trigger assembly?
