My thoughts exactly. Maybe a 94/22? Is that a cross bolt safety I see at the rear of the receiver?

Actually,It looks like a limited edition Henry 22 rifle with the engraved brass receiver.

Well after looking at Henry's site,I'd say like Robo,it's a Winchester with the crossbolt safety.
