mrb, unless they discontinued it, it is also offered in the 308, i know for a fact, because my 308 has the 26" heavy barrel on it. they became a new item from Marlin in january of this year, and i ordered mine in march i believe, and it took about three months for it to come in. still shows up on the marlin website as the X7VH in 308 and 22-250 stock #70337 for the 308, and #70336 for the 22-250 and gungenie has them available for $396 MSRP. i ended up paying $370+ tax for mine.

Yes sir, we are done untill dec 3rd, I have a late season antalope tag for southeast colorado. I fully agree the x7 marlins are a home run.

Just to let u know we took 4 elk, 2 bulls over 340, 2 smaller bulls, 3 mulie bucks, an 3 speed goats
