Mosin Bolt Problem?
 

I have a M44 Mosin. It has a bolt problem. When I chamber a round I have to "re-bolt" the bolt up and down in order for it to fire otherwise nothing happens. I took the bolt all apart and double checked the number of turns (3 to 4) I have to turn before putting it back together. I took it to the range and it worked about 50% better. Does anyone out there have any ideas?
