Mini 14's might not be the most accurate 223 caliber gun,but they are fun as hell to shoot. I had a 180 series-1976,and have shot thousands of rounds out of it over the years. I put a cheap Simmons scope on it after a couple Bushnell/Nikon/Leupold's crapped out from the beating the action gave them,and the Simmons was the only one that lasted
. I traded it last year for double of what I originally had in it.
They aren't target rifle's by any means,but they shoot minute of coyote all day & night long. That is what I mainly used mine for.
