Default marlin model 336 30/30

Got a new Marlin 30/30 a while back but haven't fired it yet. I pulled it out of it's case yesterday and pulled the lever and it is jammed solid. I put a little Hoppes gun oil in the bolt to see if I could loosen it up but it's still not moving. Any ideas?

Send it directly back to Marlin, do not go past GO, do not collect $200!
